I guess you get a "two-fer" for tonight. Billy Squier was the headlining act for my first ever concert. I can't say I was a huge fan, but I still enjoy listening to his stuff. This is probably one of my faves of his. He did have a certain sexuality that came across very well on stage. Now, I do remember that. :)

SAGA -On the Loose (Video Clip)
This was my first concert EVER. My high school buddy, Erica, and I drove to Fayetteville to see Saga open for Billy Squier. Two very, very innocent girls having no clue where they were going, but found their way anyway. Once we got there, it was stadium seating...meaning standing up in front of the stage and no seats. The girls in F'ville were rougher looking than the guys. Pretty freaky stuff for me back then.
It was a great concert. Still thoroughly enjoy listening to both artists.

Yeah, I know I'm not like most women. Maybe that's what I am more comfortable hanging out with the guys instead of the girls. How am I different? Well, this is the kind of love song that I like. Forget the mushy sweet sounding love songs. This is the kind of love song that I would want someone to write for me. Its not sappy. It is a guy baring his soul...from a place where love hurts. That's the kind of love song I can get into.
